We at Alan Kershaw Hypnosis, provide a range of services, we specialise in helping our customers overcome what ever problem they come to us with.

Some people have had a Gastric band fitted and are still hungry, so we use hypnosis to tell the mind you're not hungry and after some sessions, which can vary for each individual, they've overcome this issue.

Other people wish to quite smoking, finding it completely difficult and after being with us, they now have quit, not liking the poor stench the cigarettes release and living a happier and healthier life.

A lot of people come to us, suggesting they are waking up and detest every day going to work, watching the clock, waiting for home time, doing very little in work which causes more depression risking a job loss, after being with us, we have been able to restore the motivation for these particular cases and these people have been much happier.
