Analytical hypnotherapy is a method used to discover the sensitising event of psychological problems.Looking at the cause and this is usually an emotional event in your childhood. When we find the root of the problem, we can then remove the emotional attachment and view it as an adult problem and no longer as a child issue.

The critical factor is fully developed by age 11. Until then, the child interprets each message literally, "One of these days, you’ll be the death of me.". We live out that role, script or attribution throughout our lifetime as a self-fulfilling prophesy. When we experience a trauma/event, the critical factor is temporarily blown aside and the non-analytic mind forms a thought that then dominates a person’s life, this eventually turns into a phobia.

A good example may be, as a child, you grow up playing in the garden, touching worms, spiders and all sorts of imaginable living insects which live in a typical garden. When you grow up, thoughts start to fulfill your mind, infiltrating your brain with messages like "Don't touch that spider, it might bite you or jump at you", similar thoughts make make people scared of going near spiders.

Certain issues respond particularly well to analytical hypnotherapy. I deal with these and many other problems. Whatever your issue, you can be sure that you will receive 100% of my effort as we work together to resolve your issue.
